Michigan Trailer Sales of Jackson is looking for an enthusiastic customer service/receptionist for our trailer sales and manufacturing lot.
Company Overview:
Michigan Trailer Sales, manufacturers a full lineup of utility, car hauler, equipment, and flatbed bumper pull/gooseneck trailers and sell all its products through its retail sales lot. It is a relatively small location with 10-12 employees that make up our Welding, Painting, Decking/Wiring & Sales Teams.
Job Description:
The primary responsibility of this position is customer service. You must have the ability to learn our product line and describe this information to potential customers. It will be your job to make sure the customer gets the correct trailer for their needs. This is a small location so you will be answering phones and assisting the sales manager as needed. The ideal candidate will be well organized, hard working and looking to take ownership of this position. This candidate must be committed to excellence, dedicated to achieving success and work well under pressure.
*Assisting customers with all aspects of the purchase process.
*Administrative duties including but not limited to secretary of state paperwork, submitting purchase orders, and ordering office supplies.
*Experience with social media marketing a plus!
This position will require you to work M-F 8AM-5PM and every other Saturday 8AM-12PM.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
