Key Responsibilities:
- Drive safely to multiple job sites, handling routes efficiently
- Lead crews in executing landscaping/irrigation projects on schedule
- Manage job sites and maintain our quality standards
- Coordinate with office staff and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
- Utilize excellent organizational skills to manage time and tasks
Requirements:
- Valid Texas driver’s license; CDL not required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Prior landscaping/irrigation experience with proven leadership skills
- Able to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Flexibility for Mon - Sat schedule based on project needs
Salary : $18 - $22
