Job Summary:
The Concessions Stand Worker is responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages to guests while providing exceptional customer service. This role involves handling transactions, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth and efficient concessions experience for patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, friendly service.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages, including popcorn, candy, soda, and other concession items.
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and provide accurate change.
- Follow proper food handling and safety guidelines to ensure product quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including counters, equipment, and storage areas.
- Restock concession items as needed to ensure availability during events.
- Answer customer questions regarding menu items, pricing, and promotions.
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Adhere to all company policies and health regulations.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure an efficient operation.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service, food service, or cash-handling experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Willingness to follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move up to 25 lbs.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $13.75 - $14.00 per hour
