Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Handyman to join our team! In this role, you will perform residential and commercial maintenance work that may include pipe fitting, insulating, welding, repairing electrical or mechanical equipment, repairing buildings, floors, or stairs, and installing new equipment, tiling, painting, dry wall installation and/or repairs. Full experienced handyman
You are hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do. Significant past experience as a professional maintenance worker is highly preferred and a positive attitude is a must!
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a handyman / general maintenance
- Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Must be qualified to perform at heights above thirty (30) feet with the use of a ladder, lift, or bucket truck boom
- Ability to lift 40 lbs on a consistent basis
- Has their own basic tools
