The role of the Team Member is to serve guests by delivering a quality customer experience via quality product (BOH) and customer interactions (FOH). A team member has received proper training in their role and must be able to carry out all expected tasks of each position within their area. A team member must also align with our Core Values.
Activities & Responsibilities
Primary:
Master of Bird, Fryer, Fries, Dip, Tenders, and Sammich Stations
- Prepare and assemble products at assigned food stations
- Ensure that products and guest experience are consistent with our brand, culture, and standard of excellence
- Communicate clearly with fellow team members and leaders
- Stand for several consecutive hours
- Treat everyone with honor, dignity, and respect
- Make and maintain eye contact with guests
- Smile and speak with a friendly tone with guests and colleagues
- Maintain a sanitary and safe restaurant
- Put up truck orders and supplies and place in the proper storage area
- Maintain a well-groomed, clean, and professional appearance
- Comply with all recipe standards and procedures, quality standards, third-party and Health Inspection Standards
- Clean and maintain operating equipment
- Attend all scheduled employee meetings and offers suggestions for improvement
- Coordinate with and assist fellow employees to meet guests’ needs and support the operation of the restaurant
- Fill-in for fellow employees where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations
- All other duties as assigned by Management
