Program Management:

The Child Care Manager will be responsible for managing the overall direction and operation of the child care program. This includes:

• Developing and implementing short-term and long-term plans to achieve program goals and objectives;
• Coordinating with staff, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth program operations;
• Monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement;
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and IMGR&C policies and procedures;
• Managing budgets and finances to ensure efficient program operations;

Staff Supervision:

The Child Care Manager will be responsible for supervising and supporting staff members to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to provide high-quality care to children. This includes:

• Recruiting, training, and evaluating staff members;
• Providing coaching and feedback to staff members to improve performance;
• Ensuring staff members have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively;
• Addressing issues and resolving conflicts in a fair and professional manner;
