Key Responsibilities:
- Set tables and banquet areas with linens, silverware, glassware, and service stations according to event layouts
- Serve plated meals and beverages efficiently and professionally
- Attend pre-event briefings to understand timing, menu, and guest needs
- Clear tables, reset spaces, and assist in post-event cleanup
- Maintain guest service standards and ensure requests are met promptly
- Work closely with banquet captains, kitchen staff, and other departments for seamless execution
- Excellent communication, hospitality, and multitasking skills
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor under pressure
- Ability to lift trays up to 25 lbs and work on feet for long hours
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous banquet or restaurant experience a plus
