Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer orders (phone, fax, email, online).
- Collaborate with departments (Materials, Tech Support, Inventory, Shipping).
- Process new customer accounts, collect credit references, and follow up on account statuses.
- Perform invoicing, credit adjustments, and handle administrative duties.
- Manage large orders and communicate with managers.
- Backup switchboard and greet visitors as needed.
Job Requirements:
- 2 years of customer service experience.
- Strong computer skills, including spreadsheets.
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
