Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer orders (phone, fax, email, online).
• Collaborate with departments (Materials, Tech Support, Inventory, Shipping).
• Process new customer accounts, collect credit references, and follow up on account statuses.
• Perform invoicing, credit adjustments, and handle administrative duties.
• Manage large orders and communicate with managers.
• Backup switchboard and greet visitors as needed.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong computer skills, including spreadsheets.
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
• Attention to detail, multitasking ability, and patience.
• Self-motivated with good business sense.
