We are seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our team and support impactful projects in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform special inspections, material testing, and construction observation in the field and laboratory.
Prepare accurate daily inspection reports to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and construction personnel.
Coordinate daily schedules and maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain required certifications.
Salary and Benefits :
Hourly Rate : $25.00 / hour (non-exempt) with overtime paid at time and a half for hours worked beyond 40 per week.
Paid Time Off (PTO) : Available for full-time employees.
Medical, Vision, and Dental Benefits : Company covers 50% the premium for the employee, with dependent premiums paid by the employee (coverage begins on the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment).
Additional Perks : Assigned company vehicle with a gas card and a laptop provided.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications preferred).
Experience in field inspections or material testing is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
