The Grounds Maintenance Technician helps create a welcoming and well-kept resort environment by maintaining landscaping, walkways, and exterior public areas. This hands-on role supports the overall guest experience through consistent upkeep of the propertys exterior.

The Grounds Maintenance Technician helps create a welcoming and well-kept resort environment by maintaining landscaping, walkways, and exterior public areas. This hands-on role supports the overall guest experience through consistent upkeep of the propertys exterior.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine lawn care: mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, planting
- Maintain irrigation systems and assist with minor plumbing repairs
- Clean and maintain sidewalks, pathways, and outdoor furniture
- Handle seasonal work such as snow removal, de-icing, or leaf clean-up
- Conduct exterior inspections and report needed repairs (lighting, fencing, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Experience with landscaping tools and equipment (mowers, blowers, trimmers)
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Basic maintenance skills (painting, light repair, minor electrical or plumbing tasks)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Dependable with good time management and problem-solving skills
