Housekeeping Attendants are responsible for providing guests with a clean, comfortable, and inviting experience. This role includes cleaning guest rooms, common areas, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean guest rooms: dust, vacuum, change linens, restock amenities, sanitize bathrooms
- Tidy and restock housekeeping carts between shifts
- Report maintenance issues or guest concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness in hallways, lobbies, and public restrooms
- Adhere to all safety, cleanliness, and guest privacy protocols
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and push/pull carts
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred
