Kitchen Manager - Cannabis Industry
Location : Las Vegas, NV
Hours : 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM
Pay Range : $23-$25 / hour
We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager with a passion for the cannabis industry to oversee our high-volume, small-scale production kitchen. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team in producing top-quality cannabis edibles.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage production schedules and ensure production goals are consistently met.
- Oversee inventory management, including tracking and ordering supplies.
- Train, manage, and inspire a team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Schedule team shifts and ensure adequate coverage.
- Ensure all production complies with state laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with upper management to develop and execute long-range forecasts and strategic plans.
- Develop, implement, and execute procedures based on provided frameworks.
- Train team leads and delegate responsibilities effectively.
- Maintain and enforce compliance with SERVE SAFE, HHACP, CGMP, and other relevant standards.
- Possess and apply knowledge of cannabis product manufacturing, including the preparation of various types of edibles and other consumable products.
