Job Description
">The Service Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the Computer Service Repair Department. This includes ensuring that customer service standards are met and that difficult situations are handled professionally.
">Main Responsibilities
">- Provide leadership and guidance to associates.
- Ensure accurate execution of parts orders and returns.
- Manage inventory levels and maintain quality control.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors.
- Create and manage vendor P&Ls.
- Participate in staffing, orientation, and training activities.
- Assist with scheduling to ensure proper coverage.
- Maintain technical certification level of shop to ensure proper service and repair of products.
- Oversee the look and feel of the parts room and facility maintenance of the Service Department.
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you should have:
">- A High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree from a college or technical school preferred.
- At least one year of related supervisory or management experience in a service facility, retail service department, or tech support environment.
- A and Apple certification required within 120 days of hire.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents.
