What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Assist customers with their Incident Response efforts using Cortex XSOAR
Understand customer's business requirements and the relevant threat landscape
Support technical implementation and operations in a customer environment
Interact with various security and IT technologies related to security solutions
Create documentation for playbooks and identify areas for automation implementation
What is Required (Qualifications) :
Experience managing complex security solutions in large environments
Strong understanding of Linux or Unix, network troubleshooting analysis, and current security threats
Experience in cybersecurity incident response
Detailed technical experience in the installation, configuration, and operation of high-end security solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
Experience with SOAR (Security Orchestration Automation and Response)
BS in Computer Science, MIS, business, or equivalent education / training / experience
Minimum 3 years' experience with Security Operation Centers Operations
Hands-on Lead SOC experience preferably with Palo Alto Networks technology
Possess one or more of the following industry certifications : CISSP, GCIA, GCIH, GCFA, PCNSE
