Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop CNC programs for new product
- Work with Design Engineer to determine most effective workholding for new products
- Control all machine program data
- Organize machine setup priority and sequence with specific engineer
- Work with engineers during setup to mark-up necessary documentation changes or required clarifications
- Follow through on documentation changes to ensure implementation
- Review machine concerns with supervisors to determine if it is maintenance or engineering
- Ability to reduce setup time and machining through process improvements

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- M&G Code Programming for CNC Lathe (live tooling also preferred)
- M&G Code Programming for 4 axis CNC Mill
- Proficient with Fanuc controls
- Understands, interprets, and edits Fanuc G-code programming
- Machine set-up and operation
- Reads and interprets blueprints
- Good communication
- MS Office
- SolidWorks CAM desired
- Macro Programming desired
- AutoCAD desired
