- Collaborate with production teams to fabricate products that meet quality specifications and customer expectations.
- Coordinate QA/QC activities, ensuring that all processes align with established quality management practices.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
- Identify potential quality issues and work proactively to resolve them, maintaining a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within a manufacturing or production environment.
