Job Title: Metrology Calibration Technician
Location: Chatsworth, Onsite
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Optional Overtime)
Salary: $30-65 per hour, depending on experience (DPE)

Position Overview:
We are looking for experienced Calibration Technicians specializing in Electrical and/or Radio Frequency (RF) Calibration. You'll ensure the accuracy and reliability of clients' measurement instruments, requiring precision, organization, and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Calibrate RF/Microwave instruments (Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meter etc.)
- Calibrate electronic instruments (Digital Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, Hipot Tester, etc.)
- Calibrate standards and generate reports
- Inspect equipment and collaborate with engineers
- Provide technical guidance during audits
- Maintain safety and troubleshoot equipment
All calibration is to be performed in accordance with NIST traceable standards. MQC is A2LA Accredited to ISO/IEC 17025, ANSI/NCSL Z540.3-2006, and ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994.
Requirements and Skills:
- RF Calibration experience required
- Military PMEL/TMDE/DOD training and familiarity with ISO 17025 standards preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to meet deadlines effectively.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. for potential onsite customer visits
- Valid driver’s license, clean record, and U.S. citizen or permanent resident required.
