Seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial maintenance, with expertise in both high and low voltage systems. This role is crucial for maintaining equipment functionality, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various machinery and equipment within the manufacturing facility.
- Troubleshoot conveyors, motors, drives, starters, chains, bearings, sprockets, ect..
- Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues using logic controllers and other diagnostic tools.
- Analyze equipment performance and implement preventive measures to minimize downtime.
- Maintain high voltage and low voltage systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter to test electrical components and systems.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and address maintenance challenges.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff.
Skills
- Proficiency in industrial maintenance practices and techniques.
- Strong understanding of high voltage and low voltage electrical systems.
- Experience with logic controllers for troubleshooting and repairs.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Familiarity with using diagnostic tools, including an ohmmeter.
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrating a commitment to customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
