Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in the manufacturing and logistics industry. As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our office. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, overseeing office supplies, and coordinating with various departments within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage daily administrative activities, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining office files and records.
  • Customer Service
  • Processing Orders
  • Filing - record keeping
  • Accounting - AP/AR
  • Vendor/Customer
  • Monthly/Quarterly Financials

Requirements

  • College degree preferred
  • Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
