We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. This role is crucial for maintaining equipment functionality, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various machinery and equipment within the manufacturing facility.
- Troubleshoot conveyors, motors, drives, starters, chains, bearings, sprockets, ect..
- Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues using logic controllers and other diagnostic tools.
- Analyze equipment performance and implement preventive measures to minimize downtime.
- Maintain high voltage and low voltage systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter to test electrical components and systems.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and address maintenance challenges.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff.
Skills
- Proficiency in industrial maintenance practices and techniques.
- Strong understanding of high voltage and low voltage electrical systems.
- Experience with logic controllers for troubleshooting and repairs.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Familiarity with using diagnostic tools, including an ohmmeter.
