Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining and repairing industrial equipment, as well as troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on industrial equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain optimal machine performance and uptime.
- Assist with installation, calibration, and setup of new equipment.
- Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain spare parts inventory and recommend new equipment or upgrades when needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or technical certification preferred).
- or production environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with PLCs, conveyors, pumps, motors, and other industrial systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
