Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and testing complex electro-mechanical sub-assemblies and components used in the manufacturing of cutting-edge semiconductor equipment. You will work closely with a team of engineers and technicians in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assemble electrical and mechanical assemblies / sub-assemblies using hand and power tools.
- Follow detailed instructions, including mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct functional testing and in-process inspections of parts and assemblies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
- Maintain accurate production records and report any inconsistencies or equipment problems.
- Adhere to all safety and quality standards, including ISO 9001 requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen, 5S).
- Train and mentor junior technicians as needed.
- Support various engineering development and lab maintenance activities.
