Production Assembler

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components and products in a fast-paced factory environment. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and experience with hand tools and power tools, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the assembly process.

Duties

• Assemble products according to specifications and written work instructions to assemble mechanical components.
• Operate various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during the assembly process.
• Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the manufacturing facility or warehouse.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment, including forklifts if required.

Skills

• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools commonly found in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques.
• Strong hand eye coordination.
• Experience working in a factory or warehouse setting is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks or priorities as needed.
