Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Sales Representative to drive the sales of Barska products through strategic relationships with major accounts. This role requires a proven track record in sales and the ability to build strong partnerships to achieve growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key account decision-makers.
· Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional activities to increase product visibility and sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product offerings align with customer needs.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates on account progress.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of sales experience, with a proven ability to manage and grow key accounts.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
- Strong ability to manage and grow existing accounts while pursuing new opportunities
- Ability to adapt sales strategies to meet diverse client needs.
- Willingness to travel for face-to-face meetings with accounts.
