Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including client partnerships and collaborations.
- Build and maintain referral relationships with doctors’ offices and industry professionals.
- Collaborate with marketing to create impactful sales materials, presentations, and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives, including eMarketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (advanced degrees are a plus).
- Proven success in business development and achieving sales targets, ideally in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated negotiation and closing abilities with a focus on creating win-win outcomes.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and persistent in achieving goals.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
