Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including client partnerships and collaborations.
  • Build and maintain referral relationships with doctors’ offices and industry professionals.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create impactful sales materials, presentations, and campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives, including eMarketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (advanced degrees are a plus).
  • Proven success in business development and achieving sales targets, ideally in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and closing abilities with a focus on creating win-win outcomes.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and persistent in achieving goals.
  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
