Our average sale is $10K, and our procedure almost sells itself, helping clients feel confident and beautiful.
Key Responsibilities
- Close HOT inbound sales leads over the phone (90% of consultations).
- Handle 100 phone calls daily to engage and convert clients.
- Achieve $150K–$300K in monthly sales.
Required Experience
- 5 years of stable employment history in B2C consultative phone sales.
- Experience in plastic surgery, med spas, or related industries (sales role preferred but not required).
- Extensive phone sales experience using a CRM like Zoho or Salesforce, managing over 100 calls per day.
Required Skills
- Sales closer: Relentlessly motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Detail-oriented: Provide clear, accurate information about our unique procedures.
- Highly organized: Schedule clients with 100% accuracy while following structured systems and checklists.
- Exceptional communication: Warm, friendly, empathetic, and able to have sensitive conversations about body image issues (e.g., scars, vitiligo, alopecia, plastic surgery, or mastectomy recovery).
- Strong listening skills: Engage deeply with clients, understanding their needs and concerns.
- High stamina: Confidently handle full days of phone consultations while maintaining professionalism.
- Team-oriented: Collaborative, calm under pressure, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
