Marketing Automation Specialist

We are currently looking to add an Automation Specialist to our Marketing team in St. Cloud, MN.  In this role, the Marketing Automation Specialist serves to support all programs that support marketing automation, customer journeys, marketing and sales campaigns, conversion and reporting. 

What can I expect in this role?

This is a full-time with the opportunity to work remote Monday's and Friday's and in the St. Cloud office Tuesday-Thursday. 

 Some key duties in this role include:

• Develop email templates and solicit approval from stakeholders on final layout.
• Create forms and form handlers in MCAE.
• Create campaigns and build out campaign hierarchies in Salesforce and MCAE.
• Monitor and identify the campaign sales cycle and automation campaign close dates
• Assist in managing the WordPress Blog and building content.
• List imports and exports in Salesforce and MCAE following data regulation and privacy guidelines.
• Manage clean lists and understanding of mitigating bounce backs, spam blocks, and poor data.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Create, execute, and optimize complex marketing automation workflows and lead nurture campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE).
• Workflow Automation: Create and manage workflows for lead scoring, lead grading, segmentation, and automation of repetitive marketing tasks.
• Collaborate on data segmentation and targeting strategies to personalize marketing efforts.
• Identify opportunities to enhance lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer retention through automation.
• Assist in A/B tests to optimize email, marketing channels, messaging, and audience targeting.
• Update content and collateral in NetSuite SCA.
• Contribute to identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing operations.
• Ensure content, data accuracy and integrity within MCAE platform and other connected systems for accurate reporting.
• Participate in data clean-up projects in Salesforce and MCAE.
• Perform other duties within the Marketing department or other areas as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Observe all company policies, rules, and safety practices.

Here is what we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business related field required.
• 4 years previous related experience.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing disciplines required.
• Strong understanding of web architecture and marketing automation technologies and best practices required.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of marketing technologies required.
• Experience with Salesforce and MCAE preferred.
• Experience with monitoring and reporting on digital marketing performance (e.g. Google Analytics and Salesforce) required.
• HTML & CSS knowledge is preferred.
• The ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
