We are currently looking to add a Marketing & Events Coordiantor to our team in St. Cloud, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing corporate and distributor events, managing promotional materials, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. This role also supports key marketing and sales activities, oversees product line updates, and provides analytics on event and sales performance.
What can I expect in this role?
This is a full-time exempt position with a hybrid work schedule. After successfully completing onboarding, you will work from home on Mondays and Fridays, and be based in the St. Cloud office Tuesday through Thursday.

Some key duties in this role include:
- Manage corporate tradeshows, exhibitions, and conferences, including logistics, registration, lead management, and ROI reporting.
- Assist in organizing and executing Distributor Technical Trainings, Sales Meetings, and virtual trainings, including planning, logistics, and material preparation.
- Manage sales and distributor marketing requests submitted through Salesforce, ensuring timely processing and completion.
- Oversee and maintain the global distributor network, including onboarding, contract management, and communications.
- Support digital marketing efforts, including social media and corporate website updates.
- Manage inventory of promotional items, trade show displays, and marketing materials.
- Provide sales and marketing analytics to support team goals and channel growth.
- Oversee shipping and inventory management for Marketing Department assets and materials.
- Perform other duties within the Marketing department or other areas as assigned.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Observe all company policies, rules, and safety practices.
- Position requires 20% travel.

Here is what we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of four years of proven experience in managing administrative functions and business support operations, including overseeing event coordination, marketing strategies, and relationship management initiatives
- The ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
