Engineering Intern – Summer 2025

Location: Microboard, Seymour, CT
Internship Duration: June – August 2025

Are you ready to gain hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing this summer? Microboard is looking for curious, innovative, and motivated engineering students to join our Engineering Internship Program! This isn’t just an internship—it’s an opportunity to work on real projects, learn from industry experts, and build skills that will set you apart in your career.

What You’ll Do:

• Work alongside experienced engineers to optimize and refine manufacturing processes.
• Conduct component reviews & BOM (Bill of Materials) scrubs to enhance accuracy in production.
• Perform time and motion studies to analyze workflow efficiency.
• Assist with testing and troubleshooting electronic systems and equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements in manufacturing.
• Gain hands-on exposure to industry-standard tools and software used in electronic manufacturing.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that make an impact!

Who You Are:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Passionate about technology, problem-solving, and innovation.
• Knowledgeable about electronic components, circuits, and systems.
• A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with an eye for process improvements.
• Excited to apply classroom knowledge to real-world challenges.
• Prior internship or hands-on experience? That’s a plus!
