Job Title: IT Business Analyst
Reports to: IT Director
Department: Information Technology
Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and evaluation of application functionality; provide recommendations to increase utilization of standard application functionality to improve business processes and capabilities.
- Provide comprehensive application functionality, configuration, and support expertise for application software solutions.
- Collaborate with business users, technical experts and software vendors on the solution requirements, design, configuration, functionality gap resolution, implementation, support, maintenance, and enhancement of the applications.
- Conduct business analysis and research to identify key metrics and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop processes and procedures to ensure business solutions meet strategic goals
- Consult with key stakeholders to determine business objectives and success factors.
- Write and document business requirements, functional requirements, and design specifications.
- Continuously improve existing business processes and strive to develop new ones to improve efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an ERP Business Analyst within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (i.e. Infor, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and their application in manufacturing environments.
- Specific experience which would be very helpful in this role:
- Proficiency in business process modeling, requirements gathering, and gap analysis.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Experience with integration of ERP to MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
- Experience with Infor LN ERP (Manufacturing & Supply Chain)
- Experience with Aegis Factory Logix MES
- Experience in electronics manufacturing industry
Qualifications

- Ability to meet customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
Education and/or Experience:
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certification.
Language Skills:
- Ability to read and speak English fluently.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
Mathematical Skills:
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability:
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving simple variables in standardized (normal) situations.
