What You'll Do
- Operate & Monitor: Handle screen printers, paste inspection, pick and place machines, and reflow ovens.
- Problem Solver: Solve minor problems independently and recognize when to seek supervisor assistance.
- Team Player: Work effectively as a member of a team and get along well with co-workers.
- Adapt & Thrive: Function well under time pressure and accept change positively.
- Maintain Standards: Contribute to a positive, healthy, and safe work environment, following MPI, OSHA, and SDS safety policies.
- Tech Savvy: Use MPI MIS (Aegis) software and undergo Component Identification training.
Qualifications
- Detail-Oriented: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective Communicator: Communicate and listen professionally and courteously.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform tasks involving screen printing, paste inspection, pick and place machines, and reflow ovens.
- Experience: 0-5 years of industry experience or equivalent, depending on level.
What We’re Looking For
- Tasks: Perform complex assembly tasks with little supervision, including daily maintenance, setup/tear down, loading programs, and managing inventory.
- Experience: 1-5 years of industry experience or equivalent, IPC 610 Certification preferred.
Education & Language Skills
- Education: Ability to read and speak English fluently.
