VP Program Management
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for customer satisfaction and excellence in program management? Join us as the VP of Program Management and lead our team in an exciting and dynamic electronics contract manufacturing environment!
What You'll Do
- Lead & Manage: Oversee Program Managers (PMs) to ensure financial, operational, and commercial performance of all customer accounts.
- Customer Champion: Be the primary customer contact, ensuring needs are met, and satisfaction is high. Implement control systems to measure progress and take corrective actions when needed.
- Internal Spokesperson: Communicate customer requirements and needs to internal departments, using the Executive Scorecard to drive performance improvements.
- Optimize & Collaborate: Work with IT/Systems to enhance processes and scale the business. Achieve customer and company goals through metrics like profitability, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Revenue Growth: Drive organic revenue growth and customer profit and loss visibility through robust management and collaboration with sales and marketing.
- Business Reviews: Lead periodic customer business reviews to address performance and strategic direction. Foster cross-functional relationships for long-term partnerships.
- Negotiation & Administration: Handle quotations, purchase orders, and contracts. Assess training and development needs for direct reports.
- Milestones & Monitoring: Establish and monitor customer master plans and schedules, stepping in when necessary.

Experience & Education
- Experience: 10 years in Business Management, Engineering, Operations, and/or Procurement.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
- Skills: Proficient in Enterprise Material Planning Systems (preferably InforLN) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong understanding of contract manufacturing, GAAP, and configuration management systems.
- Certification: CPIM or PMP certification is a plus.
