What You’ll Do:
- Assist program managers in planning, tracking, and executing customer programs.
- Support project timelines, deliverables, and reporting to ensure smooth execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, and production.
- Help develop and improve program documentation, workflows, and best practices.
- Participate in customer meetings and gain exposure to client relationship management.
- Conduct data analysis and research to support decision-making and process improvements.
- Track project milestones and assist in problem-solving to keep programs on schedule.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- A strong communicator and team player who enjoys working with different departments.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex challenges.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, project management tools, or ERP systems (a plus!).
