Job Description
- Execute test cases/scripts to ensure delivery of quality software applications
- Identify defects in software under development and work with development team to verify that defects are eliminated and tests are in place to verify and prevent
- Prioritize workflow in accordance with departmental goals and initiatives
- Provide detailed reporting of all test scripts, results, defects, and risks identified during testing of all assigned projects
- Ability to deliver quality results on time, within scope and under pressure
- Identify and document test cases and business scenarios
- Develop and document traceability matrix(ces)
- Perform test planning, analysis and design activities as required
- Identify and prepare test data
- Execute testing cycle activities as defined in the project test plan
- Identify, log and follow-up on all defects documented
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science (CS), Computer Information Systems (CIS), Electrical Engineering Technology (EET), or Electronics & Computer Technology (ECT)
- Motivated, self-starting, and eager to learn.
