Microcom is currently hiring a Starlink Sales Executive!

If you’re the right person for this opportunity, you would have previous experience selling both in person and over the phone in a busy environment using Square point of sale system and preferably CRM software such as FastGem.

What YOU need is:
- Past sales experience with a passion for listening to your customer’s needs.
- Be knowledgeable about the product – On the job training will be provided.
- Ability to prepare simple quotations, invoices and close the sale.
- Experience using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as FastGem; training will be provided.
- Willingness to cold call potential customers to land business.
- Strong communication, networking and relationship building skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Office Suite and point of sale software.
- Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets our company standards.
What you’ll be doing:
· Working in a sales showroom.
· Answering incoming sales calls.
· Greeting and selling to walk-in customers.
· Cold calling potential business.
· Answering questions about the product.
· Maintain lead lists and follow-up with customers.
· Review terms & conditions of sale with customers and obtain signature.
· Upsell customers with other products they may need.
· Prepare work orders and collect payment from customers.
· Attend weekly sales meeting.
Working Conditions:

- Regularly required to talk, hear, and have ability to focus.
- Required to use hands to type, handle objects and paperwork.
- You must pass background and drug screening.
