Dental Lab Removable Manager

We are looking for a determined, high energy, well organized individual for the position of Removable Manager to join our company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the efficient production of all removable prosthetic processes.
• Control all in-process laboratory quality assurance standards. Provide training to techs as needed to meet desired standards.
• Manage the on-time processing of complete prostheses according to production schedule and Doctor’s due date. Utilize computer system for case scheduling and production controls.
• To read and follow directions on prescription. Follow and understand Dr.’s preferences.
• Assist team(s) in accomplishing daily production goals & dept. sales goals
• All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required

Qualifications:

• 5 years minimum of dental lab experience in the Removable department. Must have a clear understanding of the entire Removable process flow.
• Thorough understanding of morphology and functional design required.
• Start-to-finish proficiency in Removable required.
• Requires flexibility and adaptability to meet laboratory demands
• Outstanding analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
