Description :
The Internal Sales Executive is responsible for growing a territory of diverse medical specialty physicians and their respective clinics through ongoing training and servicing of the clinicians, surgeons and their staff members within their practice(s). The Internal Sales Executive will grow existing providers / clinics and reach out via social media, email campaigns and phone calls to add additional prospective providers. The inside sales representative will sell, onboard, service and continue to train their customer base throughout the year on regular call cycles.
- Source new sales opportunities via inbound leads and outbound cold calls and emails
- Research accounts to identify key players and generate interests
- Documents lead information and contacts in organization databases
- Trains and services existing providers within assigned territory
- Maintains a constantly expanding database of prospects
- Updates all customer contacts in the CRM / Quickbase
- Handles inbound, unsolicited prospects calls and converts these into sales
- Partners with others to build a pipeline and close deals
- Presents online demonstrations to prospects
- Adheres to HIPAA regulations by verifying pertinent information to determine caller authorization level receiving information on account.
