Project Objective:
The project team is focused on enhancing the Growth Marketing team's ability to analyse and optimize campaign performance through improved data insights. The goal is to build scalable and reliable Business Intelligence (BI) solutions that support marketing attribution, campaign performance tracking, and brand repositioning efforts.
Job Description:
- As a BI Engineer on a contract basis, you will work in close partnership with our Growth Marketing team and Marketers to assist in the launch and performance analysis of campaigns. You will address and resolve any performance or attribution issues arising from these campaigns and will actively participate in our brand repositioning initiatives. Your role will be critical in improving our marketers' insights into campaign and channel performance, enabling them to proficiently manage their campaigns.
- A background in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field is preferred. Experience working with paid marketing teams and handling data is also desirable.
- Over five years of experience in the industry, developing sophisticated, scalable ETLs for diverse business and product applications.
- Provide stakeholders with reporting solutions that deliver actionable insights and fulfil analytical objectives.
- Identify and rectify data quality issues to ensure a high standard of data accuracy.
