Position Title: Scheduling Analyst
Department: Scheduling Manager: Scheduling Manager
Tier Level: 30 FLSA: Exempt

Essential Functions:
- Serve as a liaison with and primary point of contact for sales, design, manufacturing, production and finishing departments related to scheduling.
- Responsible for work order generation and maintenance.
- Work closely with Scheduling Manager and Master Scheduling to maintain daily scheduling activities.
- Work with others in organization to continuously improve scheduling process.
- Work with individual department Managers and Leads to continuously improve efficiency and flow of parts.
- Serve as a back-up for Master Scheduler, Senior Product Coordinator and BOM clerk when needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
Previous Work Experience:
- 1 to 3 years of scheduling analyst experience required.
- 3 to 5 years of scheduling analyst experience preferred.
- 3 to 5 years or more manufacturing experience is required.
- 2 or more ERP system experience is required.
- Intermediate or above Excel skills required.
Physical Requirements:
- Light physical requirements.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time or more.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be capable of utilizing spreadsheet and ERP software in managing the planning process.
- Must be able to work well with others and communicate efficiently and effectively with every department in the organization.

Salary : $58,240 - $100,880
