- Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related field 10 years of experience in strategic business development, corporate development, or related roles, preferably within the semiconductor or high-tech industries
- Preferred MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics or related field or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of memory technologies (DRAM, NAND, Advanced Packaging, Process, emerging memory, etc.)
- Experience with developing business strategies and coordination with internal technical teams, legal ,government affairs teams, and business unit teams.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders internally and externally
- Highly effective, strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to drive the cross functional team across Engineering, Technology Development, Legal, and Business Units to recommend strategy and execution plans with C-level executives.
- Proven track record in negotiating and managing large-scale, complex agreements
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with dynamic demands
- Strong understanding of the semiconductor ecosystem and related technologies
- Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Preferred Requirements
- Being comfortable to pivot (change of plans) at a moment’s notice.
- High level of technical understanding of the memory products, process technologies and semiconductor manufacturing.
- Strong negotiating skills.
- Strong program management skills with ability to establish KPIs and on-demand reporting
- Experience completing RFPs and RFQs for various spend categories.
