$141,000.00 - $283,000.00
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. Responsibilities And Tasks
- Shape and drive the Business HR strategy from both a global and regional perspective.
- Act as the voice of the customer to HR and the face of HR to the customer, ensuring successful program and process development and deployment.
- Drive organizational HR strategies and solutions that deliver business results and align with HR programs.
- Communicate the rationale for current policies, programs, and changes as they occur.
- Understand the impact of talent alignment to business needs, identify gaps, and prepare for future needs.
- Act in a consultative role to enable and support interpersonal efficiency and accountability, influencing business outcomes.
- Partner with executive and senior business leaders on long-term goals, organizational structure, talent matters, and performance management.
- Promote a high-performance culture by identifying, engaging, rewarding, and retaining top talent; build a positive work environment.
- Coordinate workforce and talent plans as part of the business plan to enhance business performance; lead all aspects of Global People Plan.
- Foster alignment and teamwork across the organization by bringing to bear alliance and using common processes and consistent messaging.
- Apply HR analytics and present metrics to facilitate informed discussions and decisions.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, Communications, HR, or a related field.
- 7 years’ experience Management/Leadership.
- 10 years’ experience in Business/Human Resources/Communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience as a Global Executive Business & People Partner.
