Responsibilities
- Will establish and improve process conditions and technology.
- Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.
- Established and modified process management projects.
- Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
- Evaluation, promotion, and planning of new equipment/materials.
- Abnormal analysis and improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant field of experience.
- 1-2 years of experience working in HVM or Fab in process integration
- Clear understanding of yield ramp, reduction of cost, and quality improvement.
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Physics or Engineering areas.
- 2-5 years of experience working in an HVM or TD team setting.
