Responsibilities
- Lead or support the implementation of construction management software, ensuring configurations meet project needs. Construction Management Software (Procore & Kahua).
- Build and maintain detailed documentation, including system requirements, process flows, user guides, and fixing resources.
- Analyze existing construction management processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend IT-enabled improvements that align with industry standards.
- Collaborate with construction managers, project teams, and partners to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements for IT solutions.
- Design and implement data analysis and reporting solutions within IT systems to enable real-time project insights, performance metrics, and effective decision-making.
- Conduct user training and provide ongoing support for construction management software, ensuring effective adoption and addressing user issues or feedback.
- Coordinate with IT teams to integrate construction management systems with other enterprise applications (e.g., ERP (SAP) financial systems), and perform thorough testing to ensure data consistency and system functionality.
- Ensure that IT solutions meet industry regulations, company policies, and data security standard processes.
