Engage in product development from design to validation, addressing electrical and mechanical issues, selecting components, and maintaining ISO Specifications.
Responsibilities
- Design PCBA for DRAM memory products, crafting logical designs in schematics using Allegro-based tools, and selecting parts for BOM creation.
- Lead team members, including layout designers, simulation engineers, and lab personnel, in their tasks.
- Communicate project information, issues, and lessons learned with partners.
- Collect project management documentation to align with ISO/TS requirements.
- Serve as a central point of contact for technical and design questions, both internally and externally.
- Participate in industry task groups, DFMEA, and technical meetings as needed.
- Discover and implement automation opportunities and software standards, to improve team efficiency and productivity.
- Identify and optimize teamwork flow opportunities with custom software development.
- Develop and expand sophisticated internal data post-processing and analysis tools.
- Develop software documentation and provide training for new custom-developed applications.
- Become proficient in languages, technologies, and tools to deliver efficient and timely automation solutions.
- Bachelor's or equivalent experience, Master's or equivalent experience, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- 8 years of significant professional experience.
- Experience in crafting and developing PCB/PCBA/IC products.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C, C , C#, Java, or similar.
