Your role will be pivotal in coordinating various aspects of the project, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively to meet the high standards expected by our customers.

As a Support Shop Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving project execution from the initial conceptual idea all the way through to project completion. Your role will be pivotal in coordinating various aspects of the project, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively to meet the high standards expected by our customers.
Responsibilities
- Interacts with local and global customers and vendors to build, modify, design, or repair tools or equipment. Develops project scope, landmark schedules, and budgets.
- Responsible for maintaining EHSS training and requirements, project-specific data and metrics, and coordinating workflow in the Facilities Shop.
- Compiles project presentations for approval and updates; manages multiple contractors and consultants and supervises project cost management, labor productivity, schedule development, safety compliance, quality control, and general construction administration.
- Coordinates with manufacturing to minimize impact on production; anticipates and addresses operational issues. Creates detailed scope of work documentation and troubleshoots issues to avoid delays or customer concerns.
- Works with Engineering and Construction groups on design, installation, and startup; understands impact on production operations. Performs site surveys, orders materials, selects/evaluates subcontractors, and handles administrative tasks as needed.
- 4 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing industry
- 1 year Project Coordinator experience
- Welding certificate
- Associate’s degree in related field of study
- 2 years of welding experience
- 1 year of project management experience
