About the Job
This is a 2nd shift position, working Monday through Friday from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. As a Quality Control Inspector, your duties will include inspecting raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet the required specifications.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assure inspections are performed in accordance with FDA, ISO, and other applicable regulations/guidelines.
- Follow written instructions with engineering-based content.
- Train in mechanical inspection techniques.
- Apply attention to detail for medical device product features.
- Interface with peers, engineers, and regulatory auditors.
- Accurately record inspection results to ensure proper segregation of accepted and rejected products.
You will also be responsible for training new inspectors in MicroPort methods, products, and equipment, interpreting supplier certifications, and interfacing with various engineering functions to improve inspection techniques.
