Within Azure Data, the Microsoft Fabric platform team builds and maintains the operating system and provides customers a unified data stack to run an entire data estate. The platform provides a unified experience, unified governance, enables a unified business model and a unified architecture.
The Fabric Partner team is responsible for building the partner ecosystem for Microsoft Fabric, covering Data Integration, Analytics, Real-Time Intelligence, Power BI and including SQL.
We are looking for a Partner Ecosystem Program Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in driving our partner ecosystem strategy and strengthening relationships with our strategic partners.

Responsibilities
- Partner Strategy Development: Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine the SI partner ecosystem strategy, aligning with Microsoft Fabric overall business objectives.
- Program Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of partner offerings, ensuring they deliver value to both Microsoft and our partners.
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, acting as the primary point of contact and advocate for their needs within Microsoft.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of partner offerings, using data to drive decisions and improvements. Product improvement: Supporting the collection of partner feedback that identifies industry trends, opportunities, and challenges. Potential gaps and areas of opportunity within product
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including Global Partner Solutions (GPS) and Partner CSA and Marketing teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of partner initiatives.
- Training and Enablement: Develop and deliver training programs to educate partners on Microsoft Fabric, and implementation best practices.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure all partner offerings and activities comply with Microsoft’s policies and standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 5 years experience in relevant technical domain (e.g., cloud services, security), technical sales, marketing, product management, customer support, or cross-group/cross-functional engineering.
- OR equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience with Data and AI products and solutions.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:
- This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
- Experience with Microsoft products and solutions, or similar products, as well as the broader technology landscape.
