Coordinate, develop, monitor, and implement resilience capabilities with organization leadership or their designees providing capabilities to prepare, prevent, and respond to outages, capacity and performance incidents. Develop, maintain, or implement business continuity and disaster recovery strategies and solutions, including risk assessments, business impact analyses, strategy selection, and documentation of business continuity and disaster recovery procedures. Analyze company-wide data, documents, and dependencies to ensure the stability of critical functions and services within a specific timeframe and to minimize customer impact, loss, and financial and regulatory risk. Work with line management and other teams to design and exercise resilience capabilities and crisis/incident management plans. May act as point-person respond to incident/crisis events in a variety of capacities (e.g., crisis facilitator, incident manager, engineering solutions). Telecommuting permitted 50% or more but less than 100%/week within same geographic location as assigned Microsoft office location.
Minimum Requirements
• Education: Master's or foreign equivalent in Management Information Systems, Business Continuity, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.• Specific Skills: Education or Experience in: Risk Management; Reporting; Data Warehousing; Data Structures; Big data modeling and analysis; Power BI; and SQL and/or T-SQL.

Pay Range and Benefits Information
The offered base pay range for this specific position (V14894858), in Redmond, WA, is $110,600 to $140,600 per year. Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. Benefits/perks listed may vary depending on the nature of employment with Microsoft and the country work location. U.S.-based employees have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and wellbeing benefits, among others.
