Microsoft Corporation has the following job opportunity:

 

Leverage reports, dashboards, tabular models and analytical insights to drive business success. Utilize reports, dashboards, tabular models, and analytical insights to enhance product adoption and maximize the utilization of customer investments in Microsoft's SaaS products & subscriptions. Develop and execute project plans and account strategies, focusing on customer and executive relationship management to improve customer satisfaction. Apply engineering principles to support the implementation and effective use of Microsoft cloud technologies and services. Analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities that align with customer needs and drive long-term value creation. Proactively manage programs across internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and execution. Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement and promote a compliant and successful digital transformation, strengthening customer relationships and optimizing the use of Microsoft's portfolio. Telecommute work permitted up to 100% from West Coast of the U.S due to customer locations.  

Minimum Requirements

  • EDUCATION: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Engineering Management or related field.   
  • EXPERIENCE: Two (2) years of experience building customer relationship and optimizing project efficiency.                
  • SPECIFIC SKILLS: This position also requires two (2) years of experience in: Information Systems and Technology Product Management; Project Planning Methodologies (GANTT or IDEF); Software as a Service (SaaS); Product Roadmap Planning; and Technical Project Management.

Pay Range and Benefits Information

The offered base pay range for this specific position (TSSKD16975a), in Redmond, WA, is $154,855 to $184,855.

 

Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.

 

At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. Benefits/perks listed may vary depending on the nature of employment with Microsoft and the country work location. U.S.-based employees have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and wellbeing benefits, among others. U.S.-based employees also receive, per calendar year, up to 10 scheduled paid holidays, and up to 80 hours Holistic Health Time Off. Additionally, hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid vacation time, and salaried/exempt employees have Discretionary Time Off (DTO).
