Job Duties
Leverage reports, dashboards, tabular models and analytical insights to drive business success. Apply customer and competitor insights to create business plans, explore new business opportunities, and facilitate product launch. Leverage marketing automation technologies to increase visibility and engagement with Microsoft content, products, or services. Exploit internet-enabled devices or interfaces to define, deliver, and streamline global standards for transformative marketing. Examine search query behaviors on general or specialty search engines or other online content. Analyze research, data, or technology to understand user intent and measure outcomes for ongoing optimization. Translate business requirements into technical marketing solutions. Implement solutions and monitor processes across the marketing automation platform (MAP). Support and review product roadmap, go-to-market, integration, and related plans to automate effective search marketing strategies. Telecommuting permitted less than 50%/week within same geographic location as assigned Microsoft office location.
Minimum Requirements
- EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Three (3) years of experience in developing technical solutions for marketing using data insights and analytics.
- SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: Must include at least 36 months of experience in: Managing software or business processes for operations, systems, projects, tools or policies; SDLC; at least 24 months of experience in: C#; Big Data; at least 12 months of experience in: Azure SQL Data warehouse; Cosmos/ Scope Scripting and at least 6 months of experience in: Python.

Pay Range and Benefits Information: The offered base pay range for this specific position (TSKBP17522), in Redmond, WA, is $149,400 to $179,400.
Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. Benefits/perks listed may vary depending on the nature of employment with Microsoft and the country work location.
